Where's my order?

Find your parcel

Enter your email and order number (it's in your order confirmation, starting with #). We'll show where your parcel is, the courier's own tracking and proof of delivery.

Something not right?

It says delivered but you can't find it

This is usually solved in a few minutes. Couriers often leave parcels somewhere safe, and sometimes mark them delivered a little early.

Check the courier's proof of delivery. Tap the tracking button above. Evri and Royal Mail usually show a photo or a note of where it was left (porch, safe place, neighbour, bin store).
Look around the safe places: porch, behind bins, garage, meter cupboard or a side gate.
Ask your neighbours and anyone else at your address, including reception or a post room if you have one.
Give it until the end of the next working day. Parcels marked delivered early nearly always turn up within 24 hours.

Still not there after all of that? Tell us below. The more you can share now, the faster we can make a claim with our warehouse and sort it for you, without any back and forth.

Taking longer than expected

Sorry, it arrived damaged

We're sorry about that. To sort it as quickly as possible, please add:

A photo of the outer packaging, showing the damage
A photo of the journal or item itself

With those we can make the claim straight away and get it sorted for you, no back and forth.

Something's missing or wrong

A couple of things worth knowing first:

Free gifts and digital items are emailed, not posted. Look for "Your FREE GIFTS have arrived" in your inbox (and spam). You can also .
Pens aren't included any more. Some older leaflets still mention one, sorry for the confusion.
Multiple items can arrive separately. Check your tracking above for a second parcel.

If something is genuinely missing or wrong, send us a photo of what arrived and the packing slip if you have it.

I've been charged, what's this for?

That's your next Subscribe & Save journal. You chose it at checkout on your first order, and it sends a new journal at the subscriber price as your current one runs out. We email a reminder before each one. You can pause, skip or cancel future deliveries in your portal.

If it's already on its way and you don't want it, .

Change the colour of my next journal

Open your portal, choose your subscription and pick a different colour for your next delivery. It applies from the next one onwards.

Pause, skip or move my next delivery

In your portal you can skip the next delivery, pause for a while, or move the date. Handy if you're still part-way through your current journal.

My payment failed

Update your card in your portal and we'll retry automatically. You can change the colour of your next journal at the same time.

Cancel my subscription

Open your portal, choose your subscription and cancel it there. If a journal has already been packed or is on its way, the cancellation applies to future deliveries, and you can .

I can't log in to the portal

Use the exact email you placed your first order with. You'll get a login link by email, so check your spam folder too. Still stuck? and we'll find the right email for you.

The community page is blank or won't load

Open the link in your phone or computer's web browser (Safari or Chrome) rather than inside an email or social app. If you already have an account, sign in at evolve-journey.circle.so with the same email. Clearing your browser cache or trying another browser fixes most blank pages.

I signed up but can't see the courses

Where do I start?

Read the Quick Start Guide at the front, then begin with two boxes: Why I'm Smiling in the morning and Daily Highlight in the evening. Add My Domino and Eat the Frog when you're ready. Your free Mastery Program walks you through every page.

How is it laid out?

It's undated, with 182 daily pages (26 weeks). There are 20 Weekly Reflection pages (your wins, lessons, biggest blocker and One Thing for next week), five Monthly Reviews looking at progress towards your main goal, and 45 dot-grid freeform pages.

What paper is it? Will my pen bleed through?

100gsm paper, which doesn't bleed through with everyday pens.

Does it come with a pen?

Not any more, sorry. Some older leaflets still mention one, which we're replacing.

I've missed days. Have I wasted pages?

No. It's undated, so just pick up on the next blank page. Consistency beats perfection.

My journal is nearly full. What next?

Most people go straight into their next journal and refresh their goals and Domino. Subscribe & Save sends it automatically at the subscriber price.
