Really transformative, I have been able to find much more pleasure in my day by using the gratitude prompts. I knocked over my domino earlier than expected then got stressed because I couldn’t think of another one, before realising that was ok! I’m now working towards a new domino and I know this journal will help with that.

The journal feels substantial and i like that there is okenty of space tk write what i want along with guidance to prevent that ‘blank page’ scare. I bought the oatmeal colour which is lovely, but there was a mark on the front cover - note to self: get a dark shade next time!
