What is the cost for delivery? 

Completely FREE. We know how important speedy and consistent delivery is… COVID-19 means this isn't possible 100% of the time. While all of our orders are dispatched promptly there can be significant delays in the postal networks. For this reason we offer all delivery completely free of charge and all of our orders are dispatched on the fastest services available. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Firstly thanks for placing an order and joining the evolve journey. While you wait for your order you can get a head start by checking out the onboarding PDF, reading list and our blog. 

We have partnered with a local professional distribution company based in Bristol to manage the dispatch of our orders. All orders placed before 14:00 Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 14:00 will be dispatched next working day.

Once we have dispatched you can expect a shipping confirmation email.

Recent times have put tremendous strain on the couriers in the UK and we are still seeing delays in the networks. The double whammy of increased traffic and decreased capacity has led to disruption. 

We understand how frustrating it can be waiting for an online purchase to arrive, that's exactly why we have made the decision to dispatch all of our orders on a next working day service (the fastest available to us) completely free of charge. While many orders will arrive the next working day, orders may experience delays so please be patient. 


We will ensure all orders are dispatched promptly, when shipments are then out in the postal networks they are out of our control.

If you would like to have visibility of your order from start to finish we recommend upgrading to our fully tracked shipping method. 

What happens if I do not collect my parcel?

If your parcel is not collected from delivery, then it will be sent back to our warehouse. If you would then like a refund, we will refund you the amount of your order minus our shipping costs. 

To pick up your order from the post office, you must provide valid proof of identity. If you are unable to collect the package in person, you may delegate another person, who must have with them:

  1. a letter of delegation
  2. his/her own valid proof of identity
  3. a copy of your valid proof of identity.

If the package is not picked up within 10 days, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Alternatively, you may contact the courier directly to agree to a second delivery.

Where do you ship my order from?

Our business is based in Bristol and we have partnered with a local distribution company. All of our orders are dispatched from Bristol.


When will my order be shipped?

We dispatch all orders the same working day if they are placed before 14:00. Any orders placed after 14:00 will be dispatched the next working day. 

Some orders may be dispatched on weekends and public holidays but this is not guaranteed.

Can I change my delivery address or cancel my order?

Unfortunately it may not be possible. Due to the speed of our distribution partner an order can literally be picked, packed and dispatched ready for courier collection as quick as 10 minutes later after the order. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.

Please check your order carefully and enter the correct address before confirming your order.

My shipment hasn't arrived or it arrived damaged. What should I do?

I can’t find my return slip. What should I do?

Don’t panic, you didn’t lose anything. We provide the return slips. Just drop us an email at hello@evolvejourney.co.uk and we’ll help you place your return.

My order never arrived. What do I do?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders. But, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@evolvejourney.co.uk, and we would be happy to help and investigate with the carrier.
