No. It picks the cards, sequences the session and eases deeper as it goes, then ends on one thing you agree to do. There’s also a new card every day, and pass the phone for groups.
How do I get it?
Instantly. You'll get an email the moment you buy with your access link. Bought at 8pm, used at 8.01pm.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It opens in your browser on any phone, tablet or computer — nothing from an app store. If you want it on your home screen like an app, you can add it in one tap.
Does it need signal or wifi?
Only the first time you open it. After that it works completely offline — on a train, in a tent, or at a dinner table with no reception.
Can we both use it?
Yes. Unlock it on as many of your own devices as you like with the email you ordered with. Most people use one phone between them and pass it round, which is how it's designed to work.
Do I need a partner to use this?
No. The Yourself deck is 123 cards written for exactly that, and the Friends and Family decks don't need a romantic relationship anywhere in them.

How long does a session take?
