Very well made and a great self explanatory jounal

I found this by chance and it kept popping up on Facebook so I thought, it’s meant to be!

After lots of pondering, I treated myself to this journal as a birthday present to myself after never finding one I liked or even how to fill them in correctly.

All is explained in the front of the book exactly what and why you should write in the journal so having that guidance really helps you start off.

I’ve only been using it for a week but those few minutes for just me and my thoughts each day is great.
If I can’t fill it in first thing, I do it throughout the day.

Keeps me coming back

I've tried journalling many times before both on paper and online, but coupled with a change of morning habit (getting outside within 30 minutes of waking up and sitting in the garden) I've managed this every day since early July. I'm clearer-headed and feel more 'settled' than I have for a long time. The only time I failed to use Evolve first thing in the morning was when a neighbours cat came and sat on my lap and I didn't feel I should use him as a writing desk!

Never thought I'd enjoy eating Frogs!

This journal is so different from others I've tried...I love the prompts as I struggle with a blank page. After a couple of days, I was easily able to include it as part of my morning and evening routine, now it is just a part of my day. It's also really well made and looks great on my bedside table!

I'm currently working through a career change so this is massively helping me to focus my days and break things down into bitesize pieces, everything was feeling quite overwhelming before that. I have since had a couple of big changes in my journey to change careers and this is helping me grab new opportunities even when it is daunting. Loving this so far and excited to see how it helps me on my journey going forward!

Finding my way.

Journaling has been a part of my routine for the last 10 years or so. So I was looking forward to trying the Evolve Journal. It combined both the practical and emotional aspects of what I felt I needed to write down. In the past at times my journal contained either lists of things to do or tales of misery about how I was feeling.
I love the layout of the pages. Having daily questions to answer was sometimes challenging, but beneficial. And the gratitude recording in the daily highlights always makes me smile when I get to that section.
I would highly recommend this to anyone, be you an experienced journally or a first timer.
