I’ve only just embarked on this as I got stuck on the initial section under Domino so I decided to do the daily stuff and hope inspiration arrives. I like the way the pages are organised and it’s starting to provide a structure and get out of the overthinking loop
So, I've just finished my 6 month journal after 14 months 😁. However that time frame is a reflection on me and not the journal. I've achieved A LOT this last 14 months and I do think the journal has helped to focus and anchor me through it. Looking back now on my goals and progress- they were big goals and I've achieved 2 out of 3 of them and I will be purchasing another journal now to track my 3rd and make some more. I love the prompts and the reflection pages, it has been interesting looking back on it all. Highly recommended. I glued a tiny elastic loop into the back of mine to hold my pen and that would be my only suggestion.
Ace journal. Love the small areas to write that means it doesn’t feel overwhelming when you’ve loads to do & the Freeform journaling pages are perfect. Great for a dull brain dump. The habit tracker keeps me on track weirdly I think it’s the writing things down helps remind me! As an adhder with a chaotic mind this next one will be my 4th one. It’s the only journal I’ve ever kept going religiously. I LOVE IT! Thanks guys 🤩
I really needed to get my focus back to really build progress with what I needed to bring back in line . I saw the advert and thought I will give it a go . I started slowly and had to really dig in to keep making sure I filled it in daily but it is making such a difference , it is really working I am focused on what I need to be focusing on , Evolve is a great tool it is making a difference .
I have now almost completed my first Evolve journal. It has been a great experience, it really helped me focus and calm my often overanxious mind. The reflective questions and prompts helped me to understand myself and my reactions better and I think it helped me become more focused and productive without burning out. Thank you Evolve team! It is a great journal, and I'll be buying my next one soon.
I’ve just come to my first month review point, about to start month 2. Doing only 5 minutes a day has made me consistently come back to the journal and complete it every day.
It’s now a habit, which I’m really proud of
I am very new at starting this as I have left actually writing in this book until the 1st of July 2026. But I am doing all the reading and I am thinking about exactly how to begin. x
By spending a couple of minutes each day, it helps me not to feel completely overwhelmed and helps me to appreciated the simple things in life
I needed to change to a positive mindset but wasn’t sure how until I discovered this journal. I’ve waited 5 months to write this review so I was sure it wasn’t one of my many fads! But can honestly say I love journaling and it’s brought about positive change to my day as it helps me to start with a positive mindset. And the different questions mean there’s always something new for you to think about.
I’ve recommended these to so many people. Love it!
It’s early days for me as I am new to journaling. On a positive note I am already talking to others about it and boasting about eating the frog! 🐸
I’ve got so many journals, notebooks, gratitude books etc where i start with good intentions but life ends up getting in the way and i stop completing them.
The Evolve journal has landed very different, possibly because it comes with your helpful and insightful videos, which provide more context about the ‘why’. I’m still working my way through the pre-course videos but have already noticed my mindset shifting. Really great job
I always have good intentions with journals, diligently filling them in for the first 2-3 months of the year. However, by Easter, the enthusiasm has fizzled out and they lay forgotten!
This time though its been different. Im starting my second 6month journal very soon as i have almost completely filled the first one.
I love the format and the fact it doesnt take too long to do each day. I enjoy the little prompts and questions. I also find the weekly reflections useful. I really like the bits at the beginning that focus yiur mind in what you really want to achieve- the concept of a ‘dominio’ has really pushed me to success with my weightloss goal in particular.
Very happy with my purchase and i am genuinely amazed that i have consistently stuck to this for almost 6months already. Also love the colour!
I was a bit sceptical at first, but I must say this journal has really helped me with organising my day. I have found that eating the frog daily is great. I used this part of the journal at first to clear out my shed. Now I use it to get coursework done, as my domino is passing my course.
Great journal, well done, guys.
I love the daily prompts to think about what I want to achieve and how to get there. It's so much less demanding and restrictive than a bullet journal, and so it's much easier for me to follow
I have always been a little bit cynical about journalling, but the evolve journal has transformed my life and my Outlook. Somebody who has worked in the corporate world for over 20 years. I am now looking for something a bit different to fill my days.
This journal has helped me clarify my goals and clearly define the steps that no need to take to get to my perfect life in the next five years, thank you, Sam and Freddie.
I had been contemplating buying a journal for sometime having previously journaled freestyle. What a difference the Evolve journal has made. I am a 59 year old woman who was sceptical about journaling as being pink mumbojumbo but I am a convert. This has literally changed my life for the better. I am slimmer fitter happier and have a better life. There really is only one change I would make and that would be for my journal to have a more tactile cover but I won’t hesitate to buy another when I have finished this
A well thought out, fantastic journal that has helped me stack improvements and organisation every day. The positive changes were fast and effective. Love it.
Great journal! Easy to use and sets you up for the day. It’s really helped me to stay focused, positive and motivated.
It’s a brilliant way to remind yourself of what is positive in your life and to be grateful for those things, and where things require some development along with the actions required to build something you want. It definitely helps to do those tasks we all hate doing by ‘eating the frog’ and great to have some free journalling space. If I had to find something to improve on - some of the boxes are quite small and at times, you want to write a little more. Personally I love the habit tracker. It makes me want to keep it up and continue all the good habits I’m developing.
I bought my journal in mid-December as I'd seen it advertised on Instagram and was curious. It was a bit of an impulse buy, but I wanted to become more organised and loved the colour choices (I plumped for green). It took me until February to actually get around to sitting down, looking at it properly and starting to journal. I haven't looked back and enjoy the process of using my journal throughout each day - my favourite time is snuggled in bed thinking ahead to the following day and reflecting on the day just past - a little bit of calm. I love how it challenges me to plan and reflex whilst thinking about things a bit differently. It's also enabled me to see how I'm developing through it's use and just how strong I am - these last few months of using the journal has supported me through the end stages of divorce. The Monday Mastery emails are really helpful too, though I've only just started to realise that and read them. I'm feeling myself becoming more confident and focused with a positive outlook again. Thanks Evolve!
Love the look of the book and the concept but really struggling to get going, I did some of the first steps but now it is overwhelming, probably not in the best place at the moment. Think it will do me good and trying to be patient with myself.
We’re so glad to hear you love the look and concept. Patience with yourself sounds like it will help conisdering the chapter you're in from what you said.
The journal is designed to be a guide, something you can treat flexibly to work for you, not something to get “perfect” a great starting point can be just picking one or two prompts in a day that jump out and then moving on, starting small often helps to build up the momentum.
Often, the most powerful part comes from taken that small moment in your day to pause, reflect, and be a little kinder to yourself. If you get stuck or need any more specific advice we would be happy to help in any way we can just drop us an email at hello@evolvejourney.co.uk
Enjoy the journey!
No benefit to me whatsoever. I’m grieving my husband and hoped journaling may help but I don’t have the time, energy or mindset to journal. It’s sitting in a drawer unused.
We’re so sorry for your loss.
Grief takes everything out of you, and it’s completely understandable that journaling could feel like a bit too much right now. Don’t feel any pressure to use it. It will always be there when you feel ready.
I wasn’t quite sure if I was going to take to this but I am finding it really beneficial for my mental health. I’m four months in and have really found that it has helped me to un jumble my brain after what has been a chaotic couple of years.
I began using Evolve in February just after a cancer operation. I have tried many other journals before but the structure of this one really suits me. I like it precisely because the sections are clearly delineated and provoke me to address specific questions rather than staring at an expanse of blank page. The quality of the paper is great too, and the fabric binding feels special. Thanks guys for a well considered and lovely product. I’ve been to one of your online masterclasses too and very much enjoyed it. Thank you.
