What is the cost for delivery?
UK:
Completely FREE for UK orders over £30. For orders below £30, costs vary depending on the selected service and delivery address.
USA:
Shipping is handled via Amazon Fulfilment. Standard delivery is free on orders over $65, and available shipping options with any associated costs will be displayed at checkout. Costs vary depending on the selected service and delivery address.
International (Outside UK & USA):
The cost of international deliveries is shown at checkout along with the estimated delivery timeframe.
International orders outside of the UK and USA may be subject to duties, fees, and import taxes. These costs are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid directly to your local courier or government agency to receive your order.
These fees are not collected by Evolve Journey and are the customer’s responsibility.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Thanks for placing an order and joining the Evolve Journey! While you wait for your order, you can get a head start with the digital assets emailed to you and our blog.
UK Orders:
We’ve partnered with a professional distribution company. Orders placed before 14:00 Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders after 14:00 ship the next working day.
Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch.
USA Orders:
Orders are fulfilled and shipped via Amazon’s US network, enabling fast and reliable delivery across the country.
Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days depending on your location and selected shipping method.
📦 Please note: Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are fulfilled from different locations.
What happens if I do not collect my parcel?
If your parcel is not collected, it will be returned to our warehouse. You can request a refund, but we will deduct the original shipping cost.
To collect a parcel from the post office, please provide valid ID. You can also authorise someone else with:
- A letter of delegation
- Their own valid ID
- A copy of your ID
If the parcel is not collected within 10 days, it may be returned to our warehouse. You can also contact the courier to arrange a second delivery attempt.
Where do you ship from?
- UK orders: Dispatched from our UK-based distribution partner.
- USA orders: Shipped via Amazon Fulfilment Centers across the United States.
- Rest of world: Shipped from the UK or USA, depending on inventory and destination.
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to dispatch all orders:
- UK: Same working day if placed before 14:00 (Mon–Fri).
- USA: Typically within 24 hours via Amazon.
- Rest of World: Depending on warehouse and shipping method selected.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays we aim to dispatch same day but they may ship on the next working day.
Can I change my delivery address or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order.
Due to the speed of fulfilment (sometimes as fast as 10 minutes), we cannot guarantee changes after the order is processed.
We can only cancel orders that haven’t yet been processed for dispatch.
My shipment hasn’t arrived, or it arrived damaged. What should I do?

My order never arrived. What do I do?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels, but we are here to help.
