I am new to the journal world & having ordered a different one before I found Evolve that one didn't suit me at all the random pages just didn't flow & it list me completely which is why I was glad to of found Evolve! I am in the early days to be honest but the quality of the journal is so good it looks such a lovely quality cover & colour, I got Teal I am starting to work my way thru since the loss of my lovely Mum 5 months I've really struggled but writing things down has really helped me. Excellent customer service too.

I love my new necklace! I wear it all the time and you can tell the quality is really great! Hasn't tarnished or changed colour at all. I've had so many compliments about it and would hihgly recommend :)

Ive tried ALOT of journals and planners but Evolve is excellent. I usually start well and then I seem to be unable to keep going, however the Evolve journal is set out beautifully and the way you are taught how to use it at the beginning makes it a great success. Im really enjoying my new blue Evolve and the golden pen is a nice touch. Great quality paper and journal as a whole but also great content and ideas. Thank You Evolve!

I LOVE this journal, i always start the year with the best intentions then fall off track but the evolve journal has really helped me stay focused without being overwhelming. I particularly love the “eat the frog” section, where you get the worst job of the day out of the way first. Highly recommend

I'm new to Stoicism but not to journaling. I just feel lost without a planner at the start of my workday, although I do use it for personal growth and habit tracking, not just for work. This journal is definitely one of the best I have seen. Some of the best bits:

It's way cheaper and lighter than similar ones I've tried. The only thing that would make it better for me personally, is a more in-depth prompt at the weekly check-ins. Questions to think about, how did my week align with my domino and goals etc. But it's a really good daily journal none the less and from a small business too with I love.

I have always struggled with journalling and have lots of barely started journals lying around. I usually feel like there is something missing and that it isn't asking the right questions. This is not the case with Evolve. I feel the prompts really encourage you to think about what's going on in your mind and the way it constantly links to your goals is super helpful. I was introduced to journalling (as an adult) 3 years ago after losing my way due to a bereavement. I seemed to adopt the style of writing a letter to my dad in my journals. I have struggled lately with my journalling as my focus has changed more to what I can gain rather than what I have lost and this journal, the Evolve Journal, has made the transition to a new format so much easier. It is guiding me daily to appreciate my wins and achievements and gives me food for thought when I hit a bump.
I love how it has helped me focus more on my day and with small changes how I'm really pulling my life back together in the right direction. It is helping me soo much that I bought one for my daughter too as a gift and she loves finding her daily smile and dealing with her "frog" before lunchtime. We received a beautiful gold pen with our journals too and I have to say they are beautiful, they are a comfortable hold with a sleek shape and such beautiful smooth writing. So glad I took the chance on this journal and it's outlay as it's definitely one of the best (is the best in my opinion) out there and has been created with a lot of thought and understanding of what people need. Definitely buy again and would recommend in a heartbeat to all my friends.

Let me start this one by saying I’m a licensed psychotherapist with a background in health psychology, largely working with health behaviour change with my clients. Everything I’m about to say is from both professional and personal perspectives. This journal is the best thing you can do for yourself or someone you care about!! I’ve used it myself for a few months and have recommended it to clients and friends. The journal beautifully encapsulates all necessary elements for positive behaviour change and encourages you to not only grow, but be excited about it. As someone who struggles with keeping up with journals due to being too unstructured or too much, this one is straight to the point, and very unique in its layout and elements. There is a discovery course in it which helps you identify your aspirations across time and how to pursue them, teaching patience and balance, but most importantly self-compassion and a positive outlook on challenges. I love that it helps you see meaning even in seemingly ‘mundane’ every-day actions to help you build the life you want. I also love that it’s laid out so that you date each day as you use the journal, encouraging you to always come back to it even if you ‘miss’ a day or two or longer, consistent with the journal’s values. I think it can be especially helpful to neurodiverse people, such as with ADHD, who especially struggle with sustained goal oriented action. This journal will capture your heart and mind, I promise you.

This is an excellent journal. It has really kept me focussed and has helped my mental health improve over the last couple of months.

I bought the Evolve journal for my journey to retirement. A blank page format didn’t suit me. I needed a structure. Three months in and it has become a habit. The instructions are clear and thought provoking. The frogs and dominos become easy to write and to accomplish in time. I am three months in, and very happy. Great customer care - if you have a query, you get an answer! I recommend especially if you are new to the concept of journalling.

I bought my first journal last September, and although I have probably only used it 3/4 days a week I have just achieved my first domino. By using such a structured, thoughtful approach I have revamped my diet, exercise & daily habits and lost 30lbs!!! and no longer take medication for high blood pressure.

Am now focussing on maintaining this and am setting a new domino of completely getting on top of my finances.

I'm really enjoying using my evolved journal, it's quickly become an integral part of my morning routine. The simplicity of the layout makes it easy and quick to complete and at the
same time allows me to focus on my goals and the progress I'm making towards them each day, Highly recommend.

An interesting philosophy but too many goals is intimidating. I'm not sure this is for me very goal oriented I'm more interested in psychology

I love my Evolve journal and pen. I found a blank page daunting and love the prompts. Carrying forward ideas helps with procrastination. A few minutes morning and end of day is enlightening.

I've tried journalling before but always found it hard to focus and never stuck with it. This journal makes it so easy to fit into a routine, and the prompts are just what I need.
