Health
Doctors can't guarantee good health. Your dream physique won't be emailed to you by a nutritionist. Knowledge doesn’t magically appear in your brain.
Wealth won’t simply be gifted by a mentor. Fitness doesn't come from just watching a workout video.
You can manifest all you want but in the end, true change is found in your own hands.
The good news is, with the latest technology and an almost infinite amount of information at your fingertips, now is the best time in history to be a high agency person and take matters into your own hands.
Reflection + Action = Progress.
Wealth
Do you have a framework for spending?
Having a framework eliminates decision fatigue, minimises waste and stretches your hard-earned mula further!
Here's mine:
- Material things: Do I absolutely need it? If I just want it, does the pleasure it will give me justify the cost? Can I spend on quality now to avoid a false economy
- Investments: Can I afford to lose this investment? Can I afford to invest for the long run? What's the cost of not investing now?
- Experiences: Will the money it will cost be worth the experiences and/or memories I will gain? If I extend time horizons, what would I regret more, the money spent or the missed experience?
- Self-development and health: Is the money spent worth the amount of time it would take me to figure out the answers alone? If I don't spend the money what will be the negative impact on my health? Is it worth it?

Do you practise solitude?
Before technology took over, sitting with yourself for a few minutes a day without any outside stimulation was common practice.
Today, it's very rare, but intentionally making it a daily habit to listen to yourself will do you many favours.
Expect a better relationship with yourself, boredom and your priorities. Whether with your journal or completely alone, solitude helps your uniqueness flourish. This is the path to enjoying the journey.
