It's been a crazy few weeks for our team here, it seems everyone is looking to start 2025 with new healthy habits and energy which is great to see.
Our Evolve Journals have become a favourite among development programs and corporate teams looking for the all-in-one tool to inspire healthy growth and productivity. Demand has been so high that we’ve already sold out of the Black Evolve Journal, and we anticipate more colours running out by the end of the month.
A massive thank you for everyone who has put their trust in us and to those who have given their kind words of support, reviews and feedback. It makes such a big difference to our business. We couldn’t be more excited for what’s to come in 2025 as we introduce exciting new developments to support all of our continued growth!
Health
There is so much health advice out there, and lots of it is contradictory. It can be overwhelming. My advice having tried to follow them is that the most powerful insights come from tuning into your own body. Learn to trust yourself and observe what truly works for you.
Wealth
What level of annual income is enough for you?
Before you read on, think to yourself how much would be enough for you.
Was the number roughly 3x 4x what you’re on now? Studies have shown that this seems to be the case all the way up, £100k thinks £300k would be enough £1m thinks £3m and so on.
Without some mental gymnastics, it's easy for the goalposts to move.
True wealth is knowing what is enough.
Relationships
Happiest days reflection. A perfect pondering for you at this time of year.
If it is your first time doing it, take some time and write down your 5 happiest days.
Then set yourself a reminder for next year to review this list and see if you have anything to add to it. A nice way to collect your absolute top memories as they accumulate over the years.
If you're anything like me you might spot that every single one of the happiest days involved loved ones and experiences with them. This is a good reminder for myself to double down on these in 2025.
Freedom
