No two people are the same, we would recommend analysing how much time you can ring fence each morning (it is possible to go to sleep earlier to gain more time), once you have your time you need your priorities. Ask yourself what are you optimising for and work back from there.

Physical exercise is a crucial element of a successful morning routine. It's not about extreme workouts every day, but regular, consistent movement. Exercise is the cornerstone of a healthy morning routine and can positively impact your energy, focus, and overall well-being.

Whether it's a brisk walk, a run, swimming, or a gym session, choose an activity that works for you. Exercise helps build discipline, resilience, and consistency, which are vital qualities for success in other areas of life. Regular physical activity is a vote for your future health and well-being.
