What is the Evolve Journey?
The Evolve Journey was formed in 2020 by two brothers on a mission to combine the benefits of journaling, ancient wisdom of the Stoics, gratitide, habit tracking and the latest in wellbeing and happiness science into a journey of personal evolution. The Evolve Journey exists to help you become the best version of yourself.
How do I use the Evolve Journal?
The Evolve Journal is a physical journal that you can write in everyday. We take the friction out of journaling by providing a proven framework. There are daily, weekly and monthly entries that help the user track goals, habits and to-do lists while practicing gratitude daily. All you need is a pen or pencil and you are good to go!
When should I write entries in my Evolve Journal?
Really this is completely up to you. For the best results though we recommend completing your journal entries every morning and evening. If you like to manage your to-do lists in the journal then it's helpful to have it with you so you can tick off your completed tasks throughout the day.
How long does shipping take, and how much will it cost me?
While you wait for any journal orders you can get a head start by checking out the onboarding PDF, reading list and our blog.
We have partnered with a local professional distribution company based in Bristol to manage the dispatch of our orders. All orders placed before 14:00 Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 14:00 will be dispatched next working day.
All UK shipping is FREE of charge. International shipping costs are calculated in checkout.
Once we have dispatched you can expect a shipping confirmation email.
